Born behind
the camera.
and we're still here
We are Tatanfilms, a video production company from Envigado, Medellín. We tell stories with image, sound and strategy, and we stand behind every one of them, on camera and live.

Chapter 01
The spark
Every story starts with someone who can't sit still in front of an idea. Ours started with Jonathan Rodríguez, a video and multimedia producer, and a question that still follows us on every shoot: how do we tell this so it truly matters?
Since then we have understood something you don't learn from a manual: a well-made image doesn't decorate a message. It makes it unforgettable.

Chapter 02
2020: turning on the light
Tatanfilms was born in 2020, the year the world learned to meet through a screen. While many doors were closing, we turned on our cameras.
That beginning marked us forever: if people can't be in the room, the room has to reach the people. With the same quality, with the same emotion.

Chapter 03
The craft
Over the years the craft became precision. Streams with up to eight cameras, conferences and courses, medical communication that demands rigor, podcasts that turn a conversation into a brand, and social media and ads that make all that work reach the right people.
We are a close-knit, professional team: direct contact, on-site operation and an obsession with getting everything flawless, taking the utmost care with every detail.

Chapter 04
What's next
Every project reminds us why we started. There are stories waiting for a camera that takes them seriously, and brands that deserve to look like what they are. That's why we're here: so your story isn't just seen, but remembered.
“I get hands-on with the production. If something happens live, I'm there to fix it.”
Our code
- We tell stories. We don't just make videos: we build moments people remember.
- We show up. We are on set and at the console. If something fails, we answer for it.
- We speak clearly. Written proposals, real timelines and no fine print.
- We care about the details. The audio, the light and the last frame matter as much as the first.
Let's write the next chapter
Tell us your idea and we'll turn it into a story worth watching.
